1- Abra uma transparência de 800 por 600 px, e pinte com um gradiente radial 90/0, cores do tube

2- Sellections, Select All

3- Edit Copy o tube, edit paste into sellection

4- Sellections, sellect none

5- Effects Plugin Andromeda Perspective

6- Ferramenta Mover, acerte a lateral esquerda

7- Layers Duplicate, Image Mirror

8- Layers Merge Visible

9- Adjust Blur Radial Blur

10- Effects Plugin AAA Frames, Foto Frame

11- Effects Plugin Andromeda Perspective, mesmas configurações passo 5

12- Ferramenta Mover, arraste para o canto esquerdo, veja print

13- Ferramenta Magic Wand, clique no espaço transparente

14- Effects Reflection Effects, Rotating Mirror

15- Sellections, Select None

16- Nova Layer, send to Bottom, pinte com um gradiente sunburst 

17- Adjust Add Remove Noise, Add Noise

18- Selecione a Layer superior, Effects Artistic Effects Glowing Edges

19- Adjust Add Remove Noise, Add Noise

20- Aplique o tube em Nova Layer

21- Na Layer Merged, dos efeitos, Effects Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2, Lighting, use em Glow as cores, branco e a cor principal da tag, mude o Randon  Seed a gosto

22- Layers Merge All

Atenção: verifique se ficou alguma lateral marcada de branco, use a ferramenta deform para acertar

23- Assine, Add Borders, exporte como JPEG.
